Valance repair lower rear center

The rear panel of an 02 series can be labour intensive to replace if only the lower section, under the rear bumper, is rusted or damaged. This piece replaces the bottom 5 5/8" of the rear valance and includes the exhaust cut out and the proper bolt holes for the rear bumper.
